After his death, a trumpeter awakens at his own funeral. He struggles with the weight of his suitcase as he enters a jazz club run by an enigmatic presenter. The film follows the post-mortem journey of the trumpeter, in a constant struggle with his own past and a burden he cannot let go of. Nostalgia will make him sink in, reuniting with his instrument.
